Why I paint
I began abstract painting as a quiet act of expression—a way to find stillness and space amid the rigors of an intense academic journey. Now in my final year of medical school, after over a decade of continuous education, art has remained my constant. It offers me a language beyond words—one where emotions are translated into brushstrokes, and colors become my voice. Each canvas is a moment of release, where feelings too complex for articulation find their place in texture, tone, and rhythm. Through abstraction, I don’t aim to depict reality but to distill it—to explore the spectrum of human experience in all its chaos and calm.
